BuilderBids is a company designed to assist consumers in the selection of a custom home builder in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.  BuilderBids has NO financial interest in any building company participating in the bidding process. Our goal is to provide unbiased advice regarding house plans, pricing, and builder selection.  We receive a modest fee from builders on completed houses and every builder is welcome to participate in our program if they meet our requirements for stability, quality, and reputation.  There is NO CHARGE to consumers for our services.  Our aim is to provide an organized approach for consumers to connect with quality-minded custom home builders and assist them in soliciting competitive bids for their home construction.

Our staff of custom home experts maintain very close contact with the tempo of residential building in Hot Springs Village.  We know which builders are bidding aggressively and which are not and we monitor for adherence to industry accepted practices.
